Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SEO Command Center (the "App"), an internal tool operated by Hobbyland Group ("we", "us"). By signing in to the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Internal use only

The App is provided exclusively to employees, contractors and other persons expressly authorised by Hobbyland Group. It is not a public service and it is not offered to consumers. No subscription is sold, no fees are charged and no payment is collected through the App. Nothing in these Terms creates a customer or consumer relationship. Your use of the App is part of, and subject to, your employment or contractor agreement with Hobbyland Group, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Accounts and access

• Accounts are created and assigned by an App administrator. You may not create an account for yourself or for anyone else without authorisation.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your session.
• Keep your password confidential and choose one that is not used elsewhere. Tell an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Your account has a role, either "admin" or "user", that limits which features you can reach. Do not attempt to bypass or escalate these restrictions.
• Administrators may suspend, deactivate or change the role of any account at any time, including when your relationship with Hobbyland Group ends.

3. Permitted use

You may use the App only for Hobbyland Group business purposes and only in a lawful manner. In particular you must:

• Use connected third-party platforms (Google, Meta/Instagram, GitHub, Apify, Anthropic and any others) in accordance with their own terms of service and usage policies.
• Handle any personal data you see or generate in the App, including business lead lists and Instagram engagement data, in line with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection and marketing law. Do not export lead data outside Hobbyland Group systems without approval.
• Only connect accounts, websites and repositories that belong to Hobbyland Group or that you are authorised to manage.
• Not use the App to scrape, contact or monitor individuals beyond the features and configuration the App provides.
• Not probe, disable or interfere with the App's security, rate limits or access controls, and not attempt to access another user's data or session.

4. Automated actions and AI-generated content

The App can perform actions with real-world effect, including publishing posts and stories to Hobbyland Instagram accounts, sending automated replies and direct messages, opening pull requests and pushing code changes to Hobbyland website repositories, and generating pages, captions and images with AI models.

• You are responsible for actions taken under your account, including scheduled and automated actions you configure.
• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before publishing or merging. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or inconsistent with Hobbyland Group's brand and policies.
• Automated code changes must go through the normal review process for the affected repository.

5. Confidentiality

Everything in the App, including analytics, search performance, lead lists, audit results, health reports, connected-account details and internal configuration, is confidential business information of Hobbyland Group. Do not disclose it outside Hobbyland Group except as required for your role and permitted by your employment or contractor agreement.

6. Monitoring

Use of the App is logged. This includes sign-in times, IP addresses used to sign in, and actions taken against company assets. We use these records for security, troubleshooting and accountability, as described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Availability and changes

The App is an internal tool provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any feature, or the App as a whole, at any time without notice. Features that depend on third-party platforms may stop working if those platforms change their APIs or policies.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its code and all content generated or stored in it belong to Hobbyland Group or its licensors. Your access does not grant you any ownership or licence beyond what is necessary to use the App for your work.

9. Liability

Because the App is an internal tool and not a commercial service, Hobbyland Group provides it without any warranty and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the rights and obligations set out in your employment or contractor agreement.

10. Termination

Your right to use the App ends automatically when your authorisation is withdrawn or your relationship with Hobbyland Group ends. We may also suspend or terminate access at any time for a breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 8 and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law that governs your employment or contractor agreement with Hobbyland Group, and any dispute will be dealt with in the forum specified in that agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to App users directly.
