Data Deletion Instructions
The SEO Command Center (the "App") is an internal business tool operated by Hobbyland Group to manage its own websites and social accounts. This page explains how to have data about you removed from it. How that data is collected and used is described in our Privacy Notice.
1. If you interacted with a Hobbyland Instagram account
When you comment on, or send a message to, an Instagram account we manage, Instagram may notify the App so that it can send an automatic reply. The App keeps a log of that reply: your Instagram-scoped user id, the id of the comment or message, and whether the reply was delivered. The text of your comment or message is not stored.
To have this removed:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line Instagram data deletion request.
- Include your Instagram username and, if you can, the Hobbyland account you interacted with (for example the brand whose post you commented on).
- We will delete every log entry associated with your Instagram-scoped id and confirm by reply within 30 days.
2. If your business appears in a lead list
Email [email protected] with the business name and website. We will remove the record and confirm within 30 days.
3. Connected Instagram accounts
Instagram accounts connected to the App belong to Hobbyland Group. Disconnecting an account inside the App deletes its access token immediately; its posts and insight data are removed with it.
4. Authorised App users
User accounts are deactivated rather than deleted so that audit history stays intact, as described in the Privacy Notice. To request deletion of your account record, contact [email protected].
